This used to be a near-impossible task for a company like BiggerPockets, but technology and 3rd party solutions are getting better.

It’s a tax office, so I suspect they might be waiting to see how their business performs and the impact of technology before deciding.Thanks in advance for any advice or insights you can offer!

With today’s technology it’s certainly  possible to manage an OoS property (and many investors do).  

Leverage technology early and put everything in the cloud, so you can access info wherever you are.Make sure to get properly licensed and obtain E&O Insurance.

You also have to be super detail-oriented, focused on continuous improvement regarding the property and guest experience, very in-touch with what it's like to be a guest at the property (and a cleaner of it as well), and focused on technological tools and opportunities. 

There has been a ton of interest in the technology but I'm curious to know what are the thoughts from those who are deeper in the world of real estate.

In parallel, I’m also working on refining my approach to property management by leveraging technology.
