Its not a carrot on a string.You might be better off separating the roles though.

I have been thinking about either them or investor carrot for my own site.

. :)   Yup, I think my most upvoted comment was a quasi-joke I made about how a tenant who is a vegan with a carrot slicer can kill a landlord just as dead as a tenant who is a gun owner can. 

Till this day he plays a "take it or leave it" game where he proposes an offer that is just another carrot on a stick and says take it or leave it, and then no matter what I comment back, the answer is "ok guess you don't want that". 

Hi everyone, I came across the site Investor carrot and see some benefits that would suit my needs to drive in leads but I have a question to anyone who has or had an Investor Carrot site created for their business. 

Section 8 atleast assures you get paid and having the voucher as a carrot / stick is nice for the landlord .

I've only used investor carrot with major success.
