I am Dan Bruyere, I am a rescue swimmer in the Navy, and very new to real estate investing. 

Our son just left for Europe for 3 years with the Navy, good excuse to go back and spend more time over there.We are starting one town at a time streamlining our operation.A. 

With Electric Boat being a main employer in the area, along with the Coast Guard and Navy Base, it makes it a great place to invest!

Since I am active duty Navy with a recruiting and personnel background, I decided to reach out to see if I could help out in some way. 

The plan is to have a property manager identified by end of November, then have them in place January.I have posted them on military group pages associated with the Navy in this area, especially seeing that the Naval base in ten minutes from the property.

Navy Federal has the longest draw and pay back period I have seen, whereas my local credit union has a very short draw/repayment period.  

.- In 2020 the Navy plans to award a contract for 20 frigates called the FFG(X) class.

Purchase price: $255,000 Was originally our primary residence, then life happened and the Navy moved us around the country for a while.

Our goal is for long term growth and to have a cash flow of 100k in 15 years when we hope to do early retirement from the Navy. 

I dunno, what is the value of an instructor pilot in the Navy.
