I will be applying to schools this upcoming summer, interviewing in the fall, and, Lord-willing, finding out late fall where I will be headed. 

@Brad Smith This one took about a week to get a lead and then another week to show the property to the tenant, negotiate terms with ALE, and get the paperwork signed.

Good lord.

Real estate is a long term wealth building strategy and in that one year you can learn a lot about home improvement and land lording. 

The penny pinching and essentially slum lording of STR's at least in my experience is over. 

Lord Knows the SS could use some help !!! 

Would you rather spend a half an hour on a phone call, and under $200 to fix a small issue now, or the other end you people being slum lords and not handling YOUR responsibilities in owning, renting properties????
