Wanted to know the best way to leverage my new pizzeria as a way to get into real estate, wanted to know if there was any advice or suggestions from this who have done it before?

The main detractor from my RE business previously was that I owned a full-service restaurant and a pizzeria.

(New Jersey)My friends want to sell a pizzeria and looking for a realtor that is specialized in it.

A pizzeria for example (and not very far from Bangor). 

A little back round on me , unfortunately I'm currently in a position when school isn't an option (both my parents don't work, I pay rent,food,bills,etc etc ) at 22 and currently working a dead end job at a pizzeria isn't going to get me the financial freedom I desire so bad.

He then called my buyer agent and told my agent that the last "buyer" was also his client (he was representing both sides) and couldn't get a loan due to lack of "official" income (turns out the former buyer owns pizzeria and had NO INCOME for 2020/2021, which the lister knew from the beginning).

The closer to Pizzeria GM, The Briary, and Seeds Coffee, the better.
