You cant use a PO box and you shouldn't be worried about getting mail there

I don't think we can just use a PO Box.

If you don't want people to quite so easily know your address get a PO Box to use for business correspondence.

They can get a PO Box or have them delivered to work or a friend who is at home.

HiCan I as the administrator of the deceased estate use a PO Box for the administrator address and not my personal address?

Because I was so naive and told them I was the owner, they were able to find my personal residence (even though I used a PO Box for my mailing address on the lease) and the tenant and 3 of his buddies showed up at my house and threatened my wife as I wasn't home.

So im looking at a property now i would like to speak with the owner on or find a number too and the house in owned in a LLC name.....If i am trying to contact him/her and the mail address is to a po box, what should i do?

I would recommend a PO Box.

The easiest and cheapest solution is probably to have a PO box there and us that address for the application and select that you'd like all correspondence to go through the property owner rather than the property manager.   

As PO BOX rates have more than doubled in the last 10 years, I'm trying to setup an additional mailbox for my fourplex building for the purpose of receiving administrative mail to effectively use it like a PO BOX.
