If it is illegal, either yourself or an outside helper, put them out on Friday night and pick them up on Sunday night.  

I currently have about $1,500 dollars of expenses in my personal budget and make about $2,000 a month between both my wife and me working (I work in an emergency room, she as a lay helper at a counseling center,) so I am budgeting about $500 a month to marketing methods aside from Adwords Nerds, which I will talk more about late in this post.

I guess you could develop a second cleaner-helper-handyman as backup.There is an insurance coverage issue that I don't worry about because I have umbrella policy, but you might.

I attended one of this company's auctions last weekend just to get a feel for how these private estate auctions go, and it kind of went like this: auctioneer asked for an opening amount, no one bid, one of the auctioneer helpers bid it lower, then some people started chiming in, and it went back and forth between a few people before finally ending about 25% higher than the number the auctioneer started at.

An individual helper could possibly help you keep organized depending on their skills. 

That costs more than sheet rock.I imagine you can work with a helper found in front of HD and have it done in one weekend for $3-4K.
