Celebrate the differences. 

lol with real estate, I am always working... even when I was in my honey moon away in the mountains(I was in the middle of a deal, my new husband had to drive me around to find internet and cell phone receptions) He has planed our honeymoon months before the wedding but he changed the honeymoon plan so I can have my deal.

Celebrate with your spouse, tell your parents maybe and that's about it.

I’ve met celebrities, been backstage at concerts and talked one-on-one to one of the richest people in the country, all of which can be traced directly back to being involved with BP.So my opinion is the speaker at that event just doesn’t “get it”.  

Like for example taking a long vacation trip whenever your want or changing career path without thinking about your financial conditions or starting off with your own business, not worrying much about investment options.Become Debt-free: Did you just lose your job or having sudden wedding plans or having a baby?

I celebrate each family that chooses to move out of California because the crowds are the thing I like least about California.

Until the celebrities that fly around in their private jets, are chauffeured around in their limousines, water their expansive yards of their mansions stop with their foolish lobbying of their fans to pass policies that have NO EFFECT on the celebrities but is carried on the backs of the working class, nothing will change.

Also paying off the house is not something I would celebrate, that means your funds are sitting as “Dead equity” and now you need to do a cash out refinance to get the equity back out and invested in something that will bring you 20% returns instead of no returns sitting in dead equity.P.S. roofstock is garbage, you need to build a team as @Remington Lyman described

We now utilize our home for the occasional wedding and plan on ramping that part up so that our house is a profit center.
