But as I said in previous post, as a noob you will want to know what RE investors are doing in the region you are in to know what is most fruitful.

Are all your eggs in one basket?

Already mentioned but worthy of repeating, are mortgage brokers that specialize in jumbo investments---jumbo buyers tend to investigate & explore lending options before entering the market/engaging the services of a realtor and this could prove to be a fruitful source of buyers.

Unfortunately, I'm the only 6' tall boy from Indiana who can't sink a basket!

By putting several into each LLC, I can reduce those costs while still reducing potential liability by not putting all of my eggs in one basket.

Bringing on employees has been a very difficult but fruitful experience.

I know investors that approach the MLS and real estate agents and use the strategy of "Wholesaling Lease Options" on properties with sellers who want full market price.Going after MLS properties and For Sale By Owner is the "low hanging fruit" of real estate investing.

I’m not a major player but currently all of my eggs are in one basket as it were.My thoughts have been to look towards emerging markets with high growth potential.
