Thankfully we were able to pay off one of the houses that is now rented and we should be able to cash-flow that one enough to float the others. 

Hell, they even make money on the float.

I don't personally know anyone that is running the "2/1 to 3/2 conversion" game locally, but I am sure they are floating around the BP world somewhere. 

It’s not that the numbers aren’t important, it’s that you have a system that is working for  you and the numbers themselves sort of mean less than the fact that you look at your bank account numbers and see that you are able to float on a regular basis.  

Allure is a "floating floor" and is very forgiving.
