I tried my best to clearly convey the story and get a point across without stepping on too many toes.I do, however, disagree that grouping people based on their chosen career (a conscious choice) is the same as grouping people by something they have no control over, such as race, or debatably, religion.

I get the applications, check the info and references, and then send the email for the background/credit check if I have chosen them over the other applicants.

appreciate the support. ive been saving so hard for o long so I can buy my first property in almost cash, ive been starving myself, ive chosen to live in a warzone ive heard peoples screams as they have clutched there children as ive come home from school from drive bye shootings  I just cant wait. only like 8 more months or so till I can own one almost free and clear and I have a super stable rock in my life.

I want to learn as to what it takes to be successful in the chosen field.

At the same time, I know that real estate is generally a "get wealthy slowly" kind of business (significant wealth and retirement doesn't happen overnight).So this got me thinking - how long do you think a investor should stick with their chosen niche before they see results?

We have chosen to form an LLC for the three of us.

@Rich S.We rent b, c and d class properties and have chosen to retain my d class properties but not buy anymore.

As part of that meeting, a move-in/walk through date is chosen .  

I've chosen for now to forgo an LLC,  but I am carrying plenty of insurance,  and (hopefully) the correct kind.  

Who knows, one day you may be flipping for investment purposes.As I've mentioned before there are other programs besides FHA but you've chosen not to inquire about these.Best wishes!
