With no jobs, stores, doctor's offices, or anything else, there is no reason for anyone to remain and rent your property.

Just I few phone calls could just be "what the doctor ordered"!

About 63% of people here have a 4 year degree and 25% have a Masters or Doctorate degree and there wasn't nearly as much supply because we have limited room to expand and it's a higher income economy where people can carry their mortgage if they lose their job.As the recovery started to kick off, a few years in, as housing prices increased here, I predicted condo's would suddenly start to go up much faster in price because they are a substitute good.

They target groups of doctors to invest in the seperate ventures.

My job is to not be tempted to prescribe solutions like a doctor who only knows to offer pills.

They are happy for more passive investments.Engineers, Doctors, business owners, professional sports players, etc. are just a few of my clients.I personally have zero interest in house flipping or residential.

Much like a doctor, I don't see the "patient" until the prospect has taken certain action(s) and are (somewhat) educated on their dilemma and are predisposed to buy. 

But in the real estate setting should I disclose that I am a doctor or not?

Either I was going to do this business or I was going to be on my death bed asking the doctor if he/she had a house they were hoping to sell.
