This younger generation is used to fighting virtually over the internet or by text message.Person to person confrontation is very scary for them.Being a keyboard warrior is not.Just my observation of interpersonal skills in today’s younger generation.

If I built my Tiny home which did not require permits to observe the additional rules of Title 11 of the health homes code including the relevant cubic feed of air in the sleeping area, can I rent the home out?

We have some commercial & I have observed the small business guys struggle & age prematurely with their businesses.

I think this is exacerbated by the observation that the major population centers in California (Bay Area, Los Angeles, San Diego) are more expensive markets with potentially fewer motivated sellers - while Sacramento, Stockton, Modesto, Fresno and the central valley (notably smaller population areas) are the only major viable areas.

My observations over the past year: I have more single people or married couples looking for a 1 bedroom separate unit than folks looking for a 2 bedroom, and that really surprised me.
