Then have a REALLY GOOD real estate photographer take the photos (whatever the max your local MLS allows), shoot a video walkthrough, and a 3D tour, then put it up on Zillow as a FSBO.

You should be closing ideally 2-4 weeks tops from the day you sign the contract.Take tons of quality pictures and maybe a video tour of the place while you're there so you can show it to interested end buyers.
