When tackling a big job, especially on an old house, I include demo labor "to fill X number of dumpsters"One time we ended up tearing out a house that had drywall.Behind the drywall was plaster board.Behind the plaster board was plaster and lathe.After we hit the plaster board, we drilled a core sample in a few rooms and realized... yeah, it's everywhere.

There are a number of listing agents who will not respond to an inquiry from a non agent.Also keep in mind that if the body of your email is the same on all 50, it could wind up in someone's spam folder...so a follow up call may be needed.
