TV and telecommunication service is one sector that's experiencing negative inflation LOLmeaning the supplier is selling below their production cost, sometimes TV and cell phone cost is much less than a nice BBQ dinner outside LOL

It is a salt water pool that will need to have some salt added (I am not even sure how it all works w/ a salt water cell generator etc), but will learn when I close.  

Plus I have left my cell phone available to help and teach people about what I have done, mon-Fri and I truly believe that the more people I help to be financially free as a teacher it has really meant a lot to me too!!

I would recommend the close cell sprayfoam for insulation (~$400-600) or the ridgid pink foam.
