Hey Everyone,I've just embarked on my real estate journey and am set on buying and holding rental properties in the southwest Chicagoland area, being anywhere from Beverly, Chicago to Orland Park.

I've just recently found about the site and I love what I have seen so far.

The landlords body was recently found; the girlfriends not yet. 

Yes I have been listening to their podcast and reading their blogs for over a year now, I've just been active in the forums now to get to know more people and broaden my network just before I take my next steps in real estate investing!

I've just started looking into investment properties and have been looking in Fitchburg, specifically student housing near fsu.

So i've just been saving and saving.

Been following this for a while and recently found a possible better solution. 

He has recently found a renter, though it barely covers the mortgage and HOA, it's still better than leaving it empty right now. 

I've just finished the routine inspections for all of our units, and I can honestly say this one is by far the worst.I sent the tenant an email after the inspection letting him know the apartment was not up to our standards and according to the lease they are required to keep the unit clean and free of garbage.
