Hello guys,

     My name is Rhys and I am a newbie to Real Estate investing.  I am gearing up for my next moves in the next few months or so, so I am really absorbing everything in here especially the podcasts and forums and try to learn as much as I can based from other investors experiences!  If anyone from the MD area (around Frederick and Montgomery county area) are here please don't hesitate to say hi!  I'm glad to be a part of this group and goodluck to everyone!
