I am not sure what your outside texture is some are easier than others.

What about a soil test is there one, or how are the plants, etc doing?

Find an investor who already has his roots planted and just learn as much as you can.  

We're raw vegans moving from one single family detach in residential zone of LA county to another of the same, non HOA.Broker asked for some of the orn plants & fruit trees we had already dug up and been moving during awaiting closing date on sold one.We gave her some of the ornamental ones and whatever we had excess but she kept asking for more!

I think the point most people are trying to say is if someone put all the effort and time into figuring what works in Plant City, FL this week that might be out dated in 6 months and it most likely won't work in Jacksonville, FL because of all the variables.  

When natural, especially old brick is a foundational construction elements it's hard to go wrong in using it to bring out the natural feel and texture of the brick.My 1st investment property was a large brick industrial building built in 1917.

No water for the landscaping.... plants die.Also, some unpaid utility bills become a lien on the property, as others have mentioned.

If I go over there, to check things out, to confront the tenant,  the tenant could say I planted the stuff there.  

Professional trustee sale buyers have researchers/abstracters that will chain out title using either a feed from the title plant or run title at the recorders office.  

A nice ornamental tree in the front would be nice with some other plantings with it.
