Outlets grounded?

Learned some basic electrical knowledge for wiring outlets and switches, learned how to apply stucco, paint metal roof, install U/V light for clean water, etc.

We removed the popcorn ceiling, replaced Cabinets, flooring, baseboards, repainted, replace light fixtures, replace all the outlets, etc.What was the outcome?

Cabinets, outlets, AC, heater, doors.

Little details like switch plate and outlet covers, light shades and spotless windows make a big difference.I don't let anyone rush me or pressure me into seeing a dirty or cluttered unit. 

Theresa makes a good point above, it sounds like it will be worth a trip to bang out all the little things personally like removing decals, changing light bulbs and air filters, install doorbell, door stop, outlet cover, towel bar, clean gutter, power wash, screw the gutter downspout back on (5 min.) etc.... save yourself some money even with the airfare calculated in.
