We are looking at purchasing a tax lien property at Sheriff sale as our first property since it is in the same neighborhood we live in and looks to be in good shape.I purchased a title search on the property, which came up with no other outstanding liens, however the copy of the deed in the title report has the name of the son of the defendant on it.
