Kitchen is usable for now, but my wife wants to re-finish/pant the cabinets and I want new countertops (current tops are 4x4 tile with wood trim boarders).

I hired a GC for the latest rehab and it's 98% done, just waiting on counter tops to be put in tomorrow and appliances to be installed and final plumbing.
