Going forward, you have 5 calendar days from receipt of the HOA documents, to review and cancel. 

However the auction date is on the calendar for a few weeks out.

This despite syncing my calendars, but the booking one didn’t sync properly with Airbnb.

On that note, I also had a couple of recent double bookings due to some issue that VRBO caused with calendar integration.  

You can also view their booking calendars ( if you sign in as a traveler and not a host) and that will give you an idea of how many days they're booked in a month.

Either one will provide cash flow, but the combination of the two strategies will make it more viable, will help fill in calendar gaps and gives us the opportunity to pivot if the demand for either one changes for any reason.

You can check reviews, the listing's future calendar, and other hints like that to gain insights into the demand.
