You can take pictures of any issues and make notes that show up on the report as well.Here's a screen shot of the interface, and a sideways one of the actual report w pics taken of the issues (couldn't get it turned around the right way, sorry).If you download it you should get a couple free inspections before having to pay for them, so it's probably worth checking out.Good luck with the new tenants!

I was browsing through BP for hard money lenders in Alabama when I came across DoHardMoney.com.

Before I look at your leads, I would like to just browse around at what is available around.

You can call directly through vumber but the interface kinda sucks, which is why i just use it for call capture. 

I did not browse all the replies, but a note regarding the A.C. unit failing in the first 2 years.

This is my first post as I mainly browse but have decided I could use some feedback.

It's great for web browsing and email, and of course the tons of apps, which are somewhat useful, but web & email dominate my usage.

I've browsed several forum posts regarding non-compete agreements and it seems the majority of the threads are geared toward an investor creating a non-compete for taking on an assistant.

I really liked the look of their interface and the ease of use for both myself and tenants. 

Any Podio experts please feel free to chime in if there is a better email integration interface.
