I'm not sure what @Ken Rishel was suggesting but he made a comment as to the MH dealers entering into a sophisticated relationship I believe involving various entities for compliance in doing business.If you can inject funds from a qualified lender then affiliate relationships could just fund purchases and portfolio notes with affiliate relationships, such as conduits with affiliate banking relationships, could be rather simple to convoluted.I think that a centralized origination and servicing operation could be established.

Also to receive the stated buyer commission on a listed deal(without having to get a commission agreement from the listing broker) you have to have an affiliation with that local MLS board.....but most have a reciprocal agreement with almost all others in the state.

The source of our data is a division of First American Title called Core Logic or RealQuest (we have no affiliation with them whatsoever).They are the industry standard for real estate mailer data for all types of real estate, in my opinion.
