On surface seems like a simple scenario, but this is the first time I had to think about something like this so trying to make sure I have a better idea before I make decisions.

The apartment is including a lift and balcony, and in total a surface of 95 m2.

I have barely scratched the surface and learn something new each day.

Part of me wonders if the bedding stuff surfaced because she was looking for more refund $...

And my 2 cents (and yes, biased, but also grounded in knowledge;)  On the surface, it does seem straight forward, but it is the job of good agents to make it happen that way. 

Feel free to share more details on your deal, but on the surface it seems like a bad investment.

I'm sure I'm just scratching the surface but I have done the following below so far. 1.)

It defines bathroom cleanliness as surfaces free from grime and mold.  

How does the their open doors impact their location and function.3 - In the case of the DW, make sure you plan on the specifics of where everything is stored that comes out of the DW when you are unloading it...and where you are standing in relationship to the storage when the door is open.4 - You need at least 15 inches to both sides of any cooking surface, oven, and the same goes for either side of the sink.5 - Water supply lines aren't that hard to relocate (unless you're on a slab or even a crawl space), but the stink pipe is extremely hard to move and relocate.
