If you want it turned over to a management company as an investment, it will be classified as an investment property which different lenders may require up to 20 or even 25% down as a secondary investment home.

It will basically upload your banking / CC activity and allow you to classify the transactions (note QB has the same feature, just not as user friendly).I haven't used the asset module to track depreciation for either one of those systems.

The real estate listings would be simply "content" that a user (in this case an agent) would post on the website.Nothing more than classified ads really, some text, their photos, contact info, etc.My role would simply be in charging the user for posting this content, say $5/listing per month.Not much different than, say craigslist, but the postings would be directly on my website and with more features/pics, maps etc.The real question though, is whether or not I can allow others to advertise property on my website.
