What is the best software that is cheap, reliable, and easy to use to do the accounting or books on small multifamily properties for an LLC?

skip the software. hire a professional bookkeeper to take care of the books for you. i pay $175 per month per company to know that everything is done... and done right.

When I was doing my own bookkeeping, I'd get months behind because I was too busy doing deals to take care of bookkeeping.

The best use of your time is to DO DEALS, not bookkeeping.
