If you plan to keep it then the cost of clearing the title should be factored into your bid.These are my observations.

I've been observing a trend among developers lately.

Take them to lunch when they're free since they're often busy with their own businesses, pick their brains, and observe.

No one else is coming, it's up to us. just an observation but I think STR in areas that are highly regulated and require permits might be a safer bet..

@Shanna Midelton,I just made the same observation of the misaligned rental income to the selling prices of the different properties in this area.

This is an observation i found that when it's a decent mil material built well, there is always a glue down or floating option and most of the junk types are just 1.

However I've observed remediation via that protocol that sells.
