Great story - our daughter is in the Army and has a similar story of deploying to numerous places: Hawaii, NC, MO, and Italy.

Wound up donating a lot of goods to Salvation Army.

You also have Wyndham/Windsor Palms, Indian Creek, Rolling Hills, Champions Gate, Formosa Gardens, Windsor at Westside, Calabay Parc...............

They build and army of half educated investors, many of them wind up in similar situations.The money is too good for these programs to bother changing it.

My niece's husband in the Army and did not have any credit history at age 29.

I have previous experience from the HoReCa sector and have served as a professional soldier in the Norwegian Army.

They say it's profit.With a standing army and nuclear weapons guess who wins the argument :)

A church organization may have a food bank, so will the Salvation Army, so may another organization, these organizations may or may not partner to provide food and serve clients on an application, qualification basis, ensuring people are not being over served (and abusing the entire system).

I continue to use many of these marketing techniques and thanks to Blair have even more "tools" in my swiss army knife rather than just being a "cash-buyer" I am able to confidently close deals using many forms of creative financing. 

My current job is a US Army Recruiter and I am currently going to school to earn my BS in Business Management, so in between busy days I'm on here reading forums and watching the webinars.
