Looking for a Mortgage Officer
I am a REA in central Florida and I have a client who did not pre-approved with my office mortgage person. According to the mortgage officer, the issue was the lack of credit history. One of the suggestion was to create the credit history by purchasing a used car or getting additional credit cards and I want to explore different options.
My questions, is there a MLO who can work with my client for a $120K under this circumstance?
Thank you for looking
