I wouldn't even bother shopping it if I didn't have a ratified contract, since I knew the pricing would almost always come back identical.

So the wife and I decided to start an LLC for purposes of shielding our identities (although I know it's not perfect) and limiting potential legal action.

On the other side, with a Section 8 tenant, finishing the basement and adding another full bath, we should easily be at $1400.In fact, my wife talked to an agent who is listing an identical unit with a finished basement and bathroom for $1400, and that agent said that they got 10 section 8 applications the first weekend.

It would be very helpful to see a link to an auction with identical terms.Most of these auctions have no inspection contingency, so you could run into some extremely expensive problems.  

If you have any reason to think you have been or may be a victim of identity theft then consider freezing you Credit.  

They are both in almost identical houses .I offered assistance to both but they wanted to have a mortgage to Appreciate what they had .so in essence I bought both houses for Cash and sold them each for a Mortgage of 85 K $$$Fast forward 15 years they have paid off each of their houses , I have done a few deals with them so that they each have 2 kids and their colleges are paid for and IRA's established .

"My" buildings are 3 of 5 identical fourplexes.

@Jessica Duncan  one call to a really good retail mortgage broker will answer your questions they usually are pretty attuned to credit scheme's.I would though in no way do this... too much identity theft out there..

@Kyle Stoltz, as others have said just fire him and move on if you aren't satisfied with his responsiveness. sounds odd but a bit worried cause he has all my information like my tax documents and such.Honestly if one of us decided to get into the identity theft or fraud business, yeah a lot of people would be screwed.

I liked it so much that in the identical unit I'm working on now I'm also doing it on the cabs flanking the range.
