Tax prep, filing fees, etc for multiple LLCs end up costing more than the premium for a very high-dollar liability policy.I'm also not convinced that a low-quality litigation attorney would not be able to pierce my multiple LLC "veil" and get after all of my assets if the damages warranted it.I've never heard of a CPA or attorney that doesn't recommend as many LLCs as possible (i.e. more $ in their pockets, less in yours).

Again, what do you gain by deciding the agent's business model didn't involve enough effort or time to warrant a 10% commission?
