Doing that, and stumbling across Bigger Pockets, has been an AMAZING education, and I can't say enough about the BP podcasts and community here.I have one SFH rental in Huntsville, AL, and I'm looking to sell it in the next couple months and use the equity to branch off into two or more BRRRR-type properties in A/B neighborhoods here in Bham.
