Is there a way to work around this and/or get special permission somehow to allow nightly/weekly stays?

I meet our pest control guy out at the property (with timely permission from the tenant) and follow him around while he sprays.

All contracts, documents, tenant correspondence, etc. are transacted on your behalf with your permission via a management agreement. 

I’m not a lawyer but,I do believe that Trespassing doesn’t begin until you tell them to leave or they enter the property without permission after seeing a clearly posted “No Trespassing” sign.So unless you had a sign posted in the yard,you probably don’t have much of a case,if any.

Perhaps with permission and or have an art student paint a redish front door and some kind of window to create an optical illusion.

So it really comes down to being willing to ask forgiveness or permission.
