@Jeremy Timko Re the other thread,  some of the risk that 'wholesaler' entered into arose from buying an auction property and that he wanted to wholesale it to someone else was merely a further complicating factor.  

Maybe the "play" is to stay in the tiny house and rent the merely small one?

There is more charitable organizations then one can list, at end of day the tenant needs to take care of the tenant -OR- landlord can take on being parent for ALL tenants, that's simply the law and operate outside of that it's merely a question of when, when will be caught, what actions will be taken, and the fall-out from that.

I believe if you are a wholesaler than you are merely a buyer throughout the transaction and you are simply just assigning your exclusive right to purchase over to another buyer.
