Which is maybe like 0.5% in a "High Yield" account.If you borrowed 70% in both cases and could bring enough capital to do the more expensive one you have $33K not deployed taking that higher return on the smaller project.Say both projects take 6 months you have earned a killer $825 on that cash.I'll take the extra $10K on the bigger deal.
