If your plan was ever audited, I'm sure you would have enough time to hire a competent lawyer to look over your plan and add the additional pages needed.

Business lending is still very tight and without collateral and several years of pristine, reviewed or audited financial statements... you are not going to sniff an unsecured loan over $50k much less $500k.

Companies require audited books and are 'taxed' even if you have no income.

In these cases, you must check out their bank statements, credit report, and other sources such that you can do an in-depth audit to verify their capability and willingness to pay rent. 

No one wants an audit by the state and there is no money in PM when compared to sales.

I generally include an 'energy audit' or 'energy inspection' when I submit my offer.

The IRS could audit our returns and disallow some of your "expenses" that should have been depreciated assets.HOA dues are expenses, but I believe HOA special assessments should be depreciated.

This also allows a lot more hands off moderating if someone is mad that someone else is getting votes in a specific forum (even if they've been been up to the very thing they're accusing other people of for 6 months) the mods need not intervene because the system is backed by a commodity of time and the impartial element of time will correct it.
