So unless you're willing to make that 3 hour drive to change someone's water heater or have a midnight emergency with a senior citizen who's toilet took a dump I'd be looking for an experienced off site management/maintenance company to do your fetchin and carryin.

We were worried people would not be wanting to travel and vacation based off the economic hardship a lot of citizens have endured these past few months.

I suppose it could also just be some random disgruntled citizen that knows they're against city code and they don't like them cluttering up the side of the road.

@Harry Wilson,Well, I guess you're really not in too much worse shape than a citizen with no income and trashed credit.Read up on self-directed retirement accounts.

@Thomas Kambadzi- thanks - regarding buying in the US as a canadian citizen -  if you will need to use a loan - getting a loan for an inv property as a canadian  citizen might be a challenge  and  also  quite  pricey  ( if you can  find a source  to give  you a loan )

The Mayor is not out every day looking for productive citizens to give awards to.

If you are a US citizen, then getting a loan in the US should not be too much of a problem.

Conforming residential loans are only "warm blooded citizens" as legal entities, such as LLC's, are not eligible. 

@Anthony Green I use Citizens Bank & Trust and they they do not have a minimum loan amount.
