I don't know if I would put this in the 'Top 5' mistakes, but leaving a weak flushing toliet in a rental property is a really bad idea.

Basically, we are seen as a "Flight to Safety" City, stabilizing any weakness that we see in other Cities in our Country (UK and US, that is).

In family destination spots the large homes are disproportionately good in the summer and horribly weak in the winter.

Hey @Cristian Petrescu from what I know (and I'm admittedly very weak comparatively when it comes to financing information) you would still need to show income and be approved on the refi.

The main issue I have with them is for the fact of playing into people's weakness.
