It's hard to go wrong anywhere on the south, east, or north sides of downtown, especially if you are comfortable with buy and hold, although the city has recently released plans for a large development on the west side that is stirring some speculation. 

Hey guys, has anyone used property management companies in the south east they like?

Does anyone know if a landlord can REQUIRE an electronic rent payment in Nebraska (Omaha)? 

The area I’m focused on is Southeast Texas, where I know the market, rents are strong and rising, housing supply is limited and there is major industrial capital expenditure committed to the area over the next 10 years.I'm an experienced investor, having built my portfolio almost entirely while abroad and avoiding turnkey companies.  

Nebraska don't know anything about.  

However, I am wanting to hear about any recommendations, for Omaha, Nebraska or experiences (good or bad) with our local contractors.

@Roman RytovIndustrial buildings in the southeast is the only class I invest in.Is it a pre-engineered metal building or block and bar joist type structure?

I have invested a few hours south east of there in the Hudson Valley, instead.
