Wish it was a little higher but for my first investment property I'm happy).As we all know this game can be addicting and I'm already looking at purchasing my next property.

There is an unbelievable wealth of information on here. 

Most people that attend seminars are addicts to learning, learning, learning.

BTW, if you run ads for RE in your newsletters, you need to be a newspaper exempt from licensing laws or hold a license, like running a paper for FSBO ads...requires a license, so right off that bat, you're in trouble in Mo.I can't believe this guy isn't in jail yet.Don't fall for this stuff folks, the money isn't made in RE, it's made by the scam and sizzle, unbelievable !

yep...there doing it to a bunch of bank owned properties here in the boston area...ive been in a handful of them...usually just in the basement...happens in the higher crime areas...the drug addicts are breaking in and stealing the cooper in the vacant homes since no one is there...

Still, those are unbelievably strict standards for my area.
