We need to watch places we can trust, their responses, fatality rates, and follow the science closely.

i'm so frustrated that we as a country, a people, the greatest country in the world just cannot get the SIMPLE, not rocket science FACT that the best, easiest, fastest, least difficult way to end the crisis sooner, faster, with less economic impact is #1 Testing - targeted sick with symptoms#2  Testing - screening (asymptomatic)#3  Testing  - antibody testing for immunity and prior exposureWe just spent $2.2 Trillion dollars on sending checks to giant corporations, and more corporations, then a pittance to small business, and small but significant amount to regular Americans.  

And that is what one court called "The legal fiction of a 1031 exchange" !!!!!! 

And SOMETIMES it's more of an art than a science and becomes less about comps and more about what it's worth to you, do the numbers make sense, and will it appraise.

It is not rocket science.

The solution here is very simple: don't talk to your family about real estate investing.Surgeons don't talk (likely) to their family about the science of surgery or the latest developments in it because it will be pointless conversation. 

I would expect someone earning that kind of money via a W2 job to be bright and capable of picking up real estate fundamentals in a matter of days - there is no rocket science or quantum mechanics going on in real estate that even someone on the dim side can’t pick up. 

What I'm trying to say is that's not a good idea from the point of view of what science tells us about the human brain and how thinking works.
