My experience was that I learned what makes a good leader or manager, and how not to treat people.

If, for some reason our local leaders don't get it passed, there is SB1117 at the State Senate that would force local municipalities to allow ADUs across the state (as well as allowing easier approvals for multifamily housing) and take a lot of control out of local hands. 

The problem I have with this is that usually you will NOT be the team leader unless you have developed your skills to that level.

Two: The city leaders in these places do not represent you - the out of state investor - and do not care about your interests.
