We still file a memorandum of agreement and affidavit to cloud title and to further disclose what our intentions as investors are.That's a great question of whether the bank is more willing to close the deal since there's an option contract in place.

In his ignorance of the process, he agreed.So at this point, our company had paid $79k cash for a property that Bob, the guy who has zero trust for us at this point, was now about to pull all the equity out of.To prevent the cash out refi from going through, we actually had to record a document to the condo’s title that claimed our company as the owner, which would cloud the title and slow down the title search while we cleared everything up.

It is great but the storage is not in the cloud.

Those two looming clouds would send me to do as much as possible to protect my gains.

Looking for some advice about clouded titles and how to clear them.

Protect yourself from yourself and ignorance of the law.Most importantly, do not let the dream of dollars cloud your judgement and put your family at risk.

Otherwise it clouds title until the matter is resolved. :)  

*They have a Cloud software where I can see on a hourly basis of any maintenance orders, rents collected, tenant details etc... it's an amazing software (expense for the company!)
