The best thing to do to educate yourself is to listen to a ton of podcasts regarding Real Estate investing, and watch a lot of case studies, and Real Estate investing videos on Youtube(Strategic Real Estate Coach, Max Maxwell, Nick Ruiz, Freedom Real Estate investing, Antonio Edwards,  The Derosa group, Master investor 1, Benjamin Blackburn, Clever investor, Mark lane, Jerry Norton, The kwak brothers, Flip Your First House, Kris Khron, Morris Invest, and last but not least Bigger Pockets youtube channel).

I took it through the Weichert real estate school at their headquarters in Morris Plains and now have my license with Coldwell Banker.

Anyone else stating otherwise wants you to buy a book or educational program. yup and in DHM case their 3k educational system LOL    JIm PS I mentioned Morris to Ms.

But the financing from the mfg (clayton, century21) takes some of the rent in one case, to all the rent in another case.  

@Patrick Britton started the group and @Clayton Swansen goes often as well.....I have found it to be a very informative relaxing atmosphere to discuss real world investing strategies and real world deals in the area......
