So if someone calls you it launches a series of reply items  automatically, if they fill out a form on your web site it does the same. if they chat the same thing happens and if they text, and everyone does have a campaign hooked to that too.And make every part of your site brandable, loaded with triggers...

On texting you can use phone friendly forms to capture the info without sending to the huge telephone book we call Google.Text is great because you can capture their visit automatically and launch an outbound campaign back to them.

@Alison Miller Your post was great and very informal im a new investor in Richmond, Virginia launching my first direct mail campaign soon and I listen to different opinions here on BP and mostly are different on PC vs YL response ratio than local investors here in my area.

I have found that the act of answering and asking the sellers call and questions is paramount so we took that task away.We are about 10 days away from launching our telephone VOIP, mass auto text, and voice blast service...Its kinda cool... every time a caller calls you can set a series of actions back to them.
