If I’m looking to book a place I’m going to stay at for more than a couple of nights, I’ll be cooking so I want to see the kitchen without having to click through pics of art closeups and the welcome book.

I have asked if I could at least rehab and rent out one of the studio he currently uses for his art studio.  

Told me I would need to buy art they suggested and pushed me to use their interior designers!
