For those of you seeing these updates and wondering about the survey and the results it showed, the survey was done by ORC as a CARAVAN study which follows the Code of Standards of American Survey Research Organizations.

A survey was done, and besides the completely nonsensical property description, in the original plat of that neighborhood, which was never officially changed, the city had planned a street right through the garage.

When you list on the MLS you're going to have to pay 6% in agent commissions, closings costs, deal with showings, fix items that come up during inspection, deal with appraisals, surveys, and mortgage companies.

Our agent took pictures of the second house, it needs little work, and should be worth over $100,000.Our sales agreement is contingent on a survey, so we are about to send the surveyor out there to properly divide the property into two addresses, and we will sell the first one to the buyer, and proceed with repairs and sale on the second.Buy 1 get 1 free.

It was rather alarming to see blocks full of adults hanging out on a Tuesday during normal work hours and openly use drugs but I'm glad to have surveyed the area personally as it has helped me narrow down my search for my first deal.
