I like to get the toilet up anyway and make sure we don't have a failing wax ring and it is almost the same price to rebuild a toilet as it is to replace it with a cheap one.

You have all sorts of obsolescence in real estate And you look at Milwaukee with many areas having these beautiful bungalows and tubors etc. and selling for way under 100k when it would cost 500k to rebuild them.
